Avondale

This family was fast outgrowing this home and in need of more space. Redesigned and reimagined by Buildology Architectural Design, the Structured team undertook a full renovation throughout. The existing layout was reworked to improve functionality and space and a new weatherboard extension was built to house the new ‘kids wing’ complete with kids bedrooms and adjoining playroom. A beautiful new open plan kitchen / dining area was in order and this now flows out onto a new back deck. The cladding was also removed from the existing house to expose the original weatherboards and the new extension merged with the existing home.
