Our Process

We take pride in our simple process and clear communication.

Consultation

We come to visit you onsite for an initial meet and greet, here we listen to your ideas, budgets, designs and preferences. We can assist with ideas around design, discuss your building options, advise on council consents and what the overall building process will look like. If you need an Architect we can put you in touch with one of our trusted partners to assist you.

Estimate

Once you are happy with your design and have some concept drawings in place we can start with an estimate of costs. This gives you a ball-park of the overall build costs and helps you decide whether or not we are the right company for you. If you are happy with the costings and your final design we can proceed to working drawings from the Architect and these can then be submitted to council.

Contract & Quote

At this point we will go ahead and prepare our Building Contract and Quote. For peace of mind we use a New Zealand Certified Builders (NZCB) Contract for all our projects. At this stage we will also formulate our official quote for the build including all our subcontractors' costs. Along with this we will put together a list of client supplied items and costs for these so you know there are no surprises down the track!

The Build

Undoubtedly the most exciting part! Your dedicated Project Manager will keep you informed and oversee the smooth running of your build. Open communication and timely delivery are incredibly important and your project manager will provide you with regular progress and costing updates throughout the build.

Handover

Your dream home is complete and you're ready to move in! At this point final inspection will be carried out and CCC application is submitted to council. The team will do a final walk through and handover, we want to ensure you are completely happy in your new space and will always be available to answer any questions.
