Keeping an open line of communication throughout the build is essential, we want you to feel comfortable, informed and happy throughout this exciting process which is why we provide full Project Management from start to finish.

Your dedicated Project Manager will liaise with your Architects, Engineers, Surveyors, Interior Designers and more or recommend you to one of our trusted industry partners. Structured has a long standing relationship with a team of qualified and trusted Sub-trades, we do the organising to ensure the smooth and timely running of all our builds.

Renovations

No need to move! Redesigning the working layout of your current home can completely transform it, open it up and increase its value. We can bring your vision to life and help create the home you have always dreamed of.

Extensions

Extending and adding space to your current home. We have a wealth of experience in adding on additional bedrooms, bathrooms, indoor and outdoor living spaces.



Bungalow & Villas

We have extensive experience renovating and restoring Bungalows & Villas. Adding a contemporary touch or seamlessly merging old with new requires a unique set of building skills and a keen eye for detail.



Heritage Builds

If you are building or renovating within Auckland's Heritage Zone you need an experienced building company that is well versed in the Unitary Plan, and who understands the complexities involved in these types of builds.

New Builds

If you are subdividing, buying a section or knocking down and rebuilding, we can help create your dream home from the ground up.

Alterations

Moving walls and rearranging layouts to make your home just as you want it. We can work with the space you have to make it functional and fitting with as little disruption as possible.

Restricted Building Work

A qualified Licensed Building Practitioner who is registered and authorised to carry out Restricted Building Works.

Project Management

Full Project Management from start to finish. Building doesn't need to be a headache, our dedicated team manage the entire project and do all the organising for you.



Our Process

We take pride in our simple process and clear communication.

Consultation

We come to visit you onsite for an initial meet and greet, here we listen to your ideas, budgets, designs and preferences. We can assist with ideas around design, discuss your building options, advise on council consents and what the overall building process will look like. If you need an Architect we can put you in touch with one of our trusted partners to assist you.

Estimate

Once you are happy with your design and have some concept drawings in place we can start with an estimate of costs. This gives you a ball-park of the overall build costs and helps you decide whether or not we are the right company for you. If you are happy with the costings and your final design we can proceed to working drawings from the Architect and these can then be submitted to council.

Contract & Quote

At this point we will go ahead and prepare our Building Contract and Quote. For peace of mind we use a New Zealand Certified Builders (NZCB) Contract for all our projects. At this stage we will also formulate our official quote for the build including all our subcontractors' costs. Along with this we will put together a list of client supplied items and costs for these so you know there are no surprises down the track!

The Build

Undoubtedly the most exciting part! Your dedicated Project Manager will keep you informed and oversee the smooth running of your build. Open communication and timely delivery are incredibly important and your project manager will provide you with regular progress and costing updates throughout the build.

Handover

Your dream home is complete and you're ready to move in! At this point final inspection will be carried out and CCC application is submitted to council. The team will do a final walk through and handover, we want to ensure you are completely happy in your new space and will always be available to answer any questions.
