One Tree Hill

The Structured team oversaw the demolition and removal of the existing house that stood on this site and a new family home was designed by Buildology Architectural Design. This home was designed with a growing family in mind and the build included 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 lounges, a large open plan kitchen dining area complete with Matisse Kitchen, outdoor entertaining area with Flare Outdoor Fire and a pool big enough for all the family to enjoy. The home was clad in weatherboards and original features were added in keeping with the heritage of the surrounding area.
