Point Chevalier

What was originally a small 2 bedroom ex state house was redesigned and transformed into a beautiful family home. The Structured team lifted and moved the existing home which was re-piled, re-roofed, and re-clad. The new layout allowed for 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, new structural steel was installed to allow for an extension at the rear of the home including a media room and open plan kitchen/dining area complete with atrium ceiling and skylights that flood the home with natural light. The team completed the home with a new deck and fences.
