Western Springs

Designed by Alan Palmer Architects, this 1930s Bungalow was given a complete makeover. The existing internal layout was completely redesigned to allow for improved functionality and the team undertook a full renovation and extension. The project consisted of a basement and wine cellar addition along with an extension to allow for a contemporary open plan kitchen, dining and living space courtesy of Interior Designer Nicola Manning. This space is beautiful and functional with cantilevered structural steel to allow for the new joinery to open up to an exceptionally landscaped yard complete with outdoor fireplace.
